OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
Southern Eco-Tex has never shied away from recognizing the importance of Modern machinery in driving the organizational efficiency and has thus continuously invested in upgrading the infrastructure needs of the company in evolving times. The factory is spread over a 30000 square foot landscape that boasts state of the art technology with imported machinery from Picanol and Toyota weaving requirements. The vast landscape augments future capacity expansion initiatives by the management.
Yarns
We source 100 % Cotton yarns from reputed Spinning mills around India. We use 100% Cotton yarns made from fine grades for raw cottons (Suvin, Giza, Pima and other Indian varities)
Warping & Sizing
We have in -house facilities from warp and sizing process. We use Karyl mayor warping machines for better quality warp process.
Weaving
We are using Rapier and Airjet weaving technology for weaving fine and versatile fabrics ranging from 200 TC to 800 TC. Thanks to Toyota and Picanol looms
Fabric Checking
Our fabric inspection teams has modernized machines for best fabric defect detection.
GREIGE FABRICS
The checked Greige fabric are packed in roll form as per our customer's requirement and ready to export.
Fabric Processing
Our Greige fabrics are treated with highly modernised textile processing machines like Benninger, Osthoff and Kuster for better finishes.
Finishing and Packaging
final process Garmenting is done as per our customer requirements.
